El viernes 24 de agosto, desde temprana horas, se tuvo la participación de los Alcaldes Comunitarios del Municipio de Chiquimula, en donde conjuntamente con empleados municipales de la Oficina de Apoyo a los COCODES y USAID, brindaron el Plan de Fortalecimiento a los Alcaldes Comunitarios de los consejos comunitarios de Desarrollo del Municipio de Chiquimula.
